Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired this warehouse in March 2020, along with TKII, in the context of a logistics portfolio.
The asset comprises 15,458 sqm of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) divided in two independent modules of 10,509 sqm and 4,949 sqm respectively. Concerning technical specifications, the logistics platform has a maximum free height of 14.20 meters, 16 loading docks equipped with shelters and a fire protection system with ESFR sprinklers, fire hoses, etc.
KCRE carried out a complete refurbishment process of the asset leaving it as a Type B warehouse, adapted to Medium Risk and divided in two independent modules. The reform also involved the implementation of LED lighting, rehabilitation works on loading docks, access doors, offices, etc.
