Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) y Tristan Capital Partners signed in 2021 a Forward Purchase Agreement with Goodman for a turnkey logistics platform of approximately 40,000 square metres located in the Industrial Park of Constantí (Tarragona).
The construction of the warehouse was completed as per the agreed schedule and delivered in Q4 2022. In addition, it has been completely leased to a top tier retail operator. Regarding the technical features of the warehouse, it consists of four independent storage modules of 10,000 sqm each, with a large parking area, 40 loading docks, and ample manoeuvring yard space. The warehouse is adapted to Medium Risk 5 and has BREEAM Excellent certification, meeting the most demanding sustainability standards. The asset enjoys a privileged location in Constantí, with close access to the AP-7 motorway.
