The asset is located in the Henares Corridor, more precisely in Azuqueca de Henares, with immediate access to the A-2 (exit 38) and in close proximity to companies such as ID Logistics, XPO, Dia, etc.

Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired in March 2020, prior to the declaration of the state of alarm caused by the coronavirus outbreak, a logistics warehouse with a total GLA of 13,384 sqm and located in Azuqueca de Henares.

The platform was constructed in 2004 over a total plot area of 21,532 sqm. Regarding technical details, the asset has a clearance height of 13.2 meters, 14 loading docks and 11 gates. Additionally, it also includes a fully conditioned office area (A/C and others) and a fire protection system with ESFR sprinklers, fire hoses, smoke vents, etc.

KCRE during 2023 carried out a comprehensive renovation of the asset and adapted it to Medium Risk 5. The renovation process also entailed the implementation of LED lighting, the upgrading of fire protection systems, the rehabilitation of the loading docks, etc. Most of the actions envisaged in the capex program were aimed at improving the sustainability of the building and its ESG credentials by obtaining a BREEAM Very Good certificate
