Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired in March 2020, prior to the declaration of the state of alarm caused by the coronavirus outbreak, a logistics warehouse with a total GLA of 14,056 sqm and located in Azuqueca de Henares.

The platform was constructed in 2004 over a total plot area of 21,481 sqm. Regarding technical details, the asset has a clearance height of 12.5 meters, 14 loading docks equipped with shelters and 4 gates. Additionally, it also includes a fully conditioned office area (A/C and others) and a fire protection system with ESFR sprinklers, fire hoses, smoke vents, etc.

This has been the first investment carried out by KCRE in 2020.
