Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired this warehouse in February 2021, being their first investment in 2021.

Currently, 95% of the area is let with a WAULB of 5.85 years to tenants exposed to different sectors with strong macro tailwinds (manufacturing, third party logistics and pharma).
Regarding technical specifications, the property has 40 loading docks and a free height between 8 and 13 meters. Additionally, four phases are type B and the remaining two are Type C.
