Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired this asset in the context of a larger portfolio in March 2020, prior to the declaration of the state of alarm in Spain due to the covid crisis.
The warehouse was constructed in 2000 over a total plot area of 23 705 sqm. Regarding technical details, the asset has an average clearance height of 11 5 meters, 12 loading docks and 10 gates. KCRE’s intention is to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the asset. After the reform, the warehouse will be type B adapted to Medium Risk and divided in two independent modules of 7 000 sqm each, albeit only one of the modules will be available for rent. The refurbishment process will also entail the implementation of LED lighting, the upgrading of the fire protection systems, the rehabilitation of the slabs, loading docks, etc
