Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired this asset in the context of a larger portfolio in March 2020, prior to the declaration of the state of alarm in Spain due to the covid crisis.
The warehouse, with a total GLA of 14,000 sqm, was constructed over a total plot area of 23,705 sqm. Regarding technical details, the asset has an average clearance height of 11.5 meters, 12 loading docks and 10 gates. KCRE during 2022 carried out a comprehensive renovation of the asset. During the refurbishment process, the asset was converted into a type B warehouse adapted to Medium Risk and divided in two independent modules of 7,000 sqm each. The renovation process also entailed the implementation of LED lighting, the upgrading of the fire protection systems, the rehabilitation of the slabs, loading docks, etc. Currently, both modules are fully leased to institutional logistic players.
