Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) acquired this warehouse in March 2020, along with TKII, in the context of a logistics portfolio.
The asset was built in 2008 over a total plot area of 24,603 sqm and comprises 15,009 sqm of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) divided in two independent modules of 8,320 sqm and 6,689 sqm respectively. Concerning technical specifications, the logistics platform has a free height of 12.5 meters, 9 loading docks equipped with shelters and a fire protection system with ESFR sprinklers, fire hoses, etc.
The warehouse became fully vacant in October 2020 Taking advantage of the departure of the tenant, KCRE will carry out a refurbishment process of the warehouse leaving it as Type B, adapted to Medium Risk and divided in two independent modules of 10 000 sqm and 5 000 sqm respectively The reform will also involve the implementation of LED lighting, rehabilitation works on the slabs, loading docks, and access doors, etc.
This has been the first investment carried out by KCRE in 2020.
