Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) y Tristan Capital Partners signed in 2023 a Delegate Promotor Agreement with Norton for a logistic platform of approximately 10.000 square metres located in the municipality of Lliçá d’Amunt.

The construction of the warehouse is expected to be completed in Q1 2025. As for its technical features, the warehouse will consist of an independent module covering 9.570 sqm, with 13 loading docks and 56 parking units. It will also include 1.122 sqm of office space.
